The Craft village might be the place to find and buy beautiful handmade gifts, but Rosie's is where you'll find everything else.
Rosie's has been a main stay of Ballinahown for years and her little shop is an indespensable resource in the village.
It's the first stop after Mass on a Sunday, and the last stop before Longworth's Public House on a Saturday night.
In the midst of modern day giants such as Tesco and Dunne's it's easy to forget that little convenience stores such as Rosie's still exist, but when you're on your way home from Tesco the chances are that Rosie will have that item you've forgotten.
The local Post Office also has it's home in Rosie's and outside are the only fuel pumps on the road between Athlone and Ferbane.
So do call in and say hello, you'll be greeted with a warm smile and you'll be well looked after.
